Monti Rossi Adventure Park, the adventure park on Etna just outside Catania, set in the charming setting of the extinct volcanic cone of the Pineta Monti Rossi in Nicolosi.
Soaring among the treetops has never been this fun, balancing on a log, gliding silently hanging from a pulley, or facing the thrill of an upside-down route in complete safety and with respect for nature.
The most important new feature of the 2019 season certainly concerns safety.
The park offers its guests 9 suspended tree courses, divided by difficulty, a climbing wall, picnic area, relax zone, slackline, nature trail, educational workshops for schools, summer camps or scout groups.
You can access the adventure courses through the use of the provided protective equipment (helmet, harness, lanyard, carabiners), which allows you to move around in total safety.
Balance, coordination and strength are the essential elements to win the challenge.
Inside the park there is a small refreshment point where you can buy soft drinks and snacks.
At the Monti Rossi Adventure Park the new smart carabiners are used CLiC-iT, which prevent accidental unhooking while moving along the adventure routes.
This way safety is 100%.
